School Admin - Sunter

To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the school office and to assist students, parents, and staff with administrative needs in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Clerical Support : 

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

  • Prepare and manage school documents, reports, and records

  • Maintain accurate student and staff data in the school management system

  • Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and appointments

Front Office & Communication : 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors

  • Answer phone calls, respond to e-mails, and direct inquiries appropriately

  • Assist in distributing announcements, letters, and circulars

Financial & Inventory Assistance : 

  • Support basic bookkeeping, billing, and payment records

  • Assist with procurement requests and inventory tracking (stationery, supplies, etc)

  • Ensure timely submission of financial and administrative documents

Academic & Student Support : 

  • Assist teachers and academic staff with administrative needs (printing, attendance, materials, etc)

  • Support in preparing student reports, certificates, and other academic documents

  • Help coordinate school events, examinations, and registration processes

General Operations : 

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the school office area

  • Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Facilities) for operational needs

  • Support principal and management with other assigned tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience in school administration or office work is preferred 

  • Strong and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and child-friendly environment

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy, creative, and up-to-date with social media trends

  • Comfortable working in a school environment and engaging with educators, students, and parents

  • Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

  • Having a Responsible to Life attitude
