Kinderfield Basic Training – Orientation (KBT-O) for Preschool and Kindergarten Educators

From 24 June to 3 July 2026, Kinderfield - Highfield School Head Office successfully held the Kinderfield Basic Training – Orientation (KBT-O) for Preschool and Kindergarten educators in preparation for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Throughout the program, participants were introduced to Kinderfield Highfield School, its educational philosophy, curriculum, development program, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Educators also explored the Montessori approach and Kinderfield’s Literacy Program, building a strong foundation for supporting children’s learning and development.

The training continued with a series of interactive sessions covering Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), Early Childhood Development, assessment, and report writing. Through discussions, reflections, and collaborative activities, educators exchanged ideas and explored practical teaching strategies that encourage children’s curiosity, creativity, and overall development.

To further strengthen classroom practice, the program also included Responsible-to-Life Characters, emphasizing the importance of nurturing responsibility, empathy, and positive values from an early age. In the final sessions, educators participated in Leading the Class and Micro-Teaching, where they worked together to prepare lessons, practice classroom scenarios, and receive constructive feedback to enhance their teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.

Kinderfield Basic Training – Orientation reflects Kinderfield Highfield’s ongoing commitment to continuous professional development. By investing in its educators, the school ensures that every classroom is led by teachers who are well-prepared to inspire, guide, and support each student's learning journey throughout the academic year.
