HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, supports school leaders and staff, and supervises the HR administrative team to deliver consistent, professional HR services aligned with School values.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations across multiple school units
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Support recruitment processes, including manpower planning, hiring coordination, and onboarding as well as offboarding
Oversee employee administration (attendance, leave, contracts, personnel records)
Guide and supervise HR staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
Act as a liaison between school management and employees
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management
Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with teachers, staff, school leaders, and management
Highly tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital file/folder management systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, including team supervision, task delegation, and positive influence on team performance
Professional attitude and appearance, suitable for an educational environment (smart, neat, and presentable)
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
Experience in HR operations, preferably in education or multi-unit organizations, is an advantage
